Synopsis

A reluctant public health doctor is reassigned to Pyeondong, a notoriously isolated island other physicians refuse to touch. There he meets a guarded local nurse whose past is as quietly turbulent as the sea around them. Surrounded by patients no one else wanted and secrets no one wants told, the two slowly find their footing—and each other—on the edge of nowhere.
